Our Mission
We are urgently calling for a re-evaluation of Jeryl Daniels's life sentence to review the creditability of his claims of innocence or a compassionate release due to his health status while battling a severe case of sickle cell anemia.
The rate of exonerations in the U.S demonstrates that wrongful convictions are not a rarity; in the year of 2019 alone, 143 people were cleared of wrongful convictions. We request that his pleas for justice are addressed through a comprehensive and honest review of his court case. Furthermore, given his critical health condition, we urgently plea for his compassionate release.
